Her certifications include Certified Scrum Master, ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation and Agile Certified Coach, and certified credentials in leadership, executive, personal finance, personal development, and entrepreneur coaching.
A proud native of Pittsburgh, PA, Damika has a deep love for mountains, tunnels, and bridges — a passion that led her to relocate to Tennessee to be closer to the Great Smoky Mountains. When she's not consulting, she's likely traveling, visiting family, hiking scenic trails, or seeking out a new bridge or tunnel to admire. She's also deeply rooted in community, staying active with her local church and various nonprofit organizations.
